What is the return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy! It can not be broken or used. If the product does not live up to your expectations we always try to work something out even if it is used, broken etc. We value our customers and always try to find a solution you are happy with! Return shipment are always payed by the customer.
When will I get my order?
We usually ship the order within 1-3 days but since it is handmade it can sometimes take up to 10 days but it is highly unusal. The shipping time is usually between 1-4 days also depending where you are living.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in Sweden. We carefully select our material partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
You always have free shipping worldwide when buying 2 products. If you are buying 1 product the shipping is calculated based on your location. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Returns are always payed by the customer.
Are any purchases final sale?
We accept returns on all of our products for up to 14 days after the order has been confirmed! Return shipment is always payed by the consumer.
